Transway is a subsidiary of ORT Technologies Ltd, which, through its subsidiaries, develops, manufactures, and markets various electronic products and services worldwide. In addition to the bus tickeckting systems from Transway, it provides systems for the fuel retail and fleet management sectors; fuel payment solutions based on wireless vehicle identification systems; retail management solutions; and electronic payment and fleet management and electronic ticketing systems for public transportation. The company’s solutions include retail solutions for computerizing gas stations and convenience stores; automation system for retail and home base petrol stations; outdoor payment terminals; and fuel payment systems based on vehicle identification. As the parent company of Transway, ORT Technologies is involved in the business of Ticket Vending Machines, Ticket Dispenser Machines, Ticket Kiosks, electronic fare collection systems, smart card readers, fare collection management back-office solution, on-board and off-board ticket validators, on-board ticket vending machines, personalization stations, cashier and issuing stations, and mobile and Ticket Management Systems.


Alex Milner – Chairman of the Board

Mr. Alexander Milner, also known as Alex serves as Chairman of the Board of Transway Ltd., as well as Managing Director of O.R.T. Technologies Ltd., and as the Chief Executive Officer of RapacTechnologies (Orpak's parent company). Hayim Kohen

Mr. Kohen is currently the Vice Chairman of Orpak Systems Ltd. He had served the Company in the capacity of President and CEO from 1990 till 2013. Mr. Kohen is the former General Manager of the Communications Systems Division of Tadiran Ltd’s Communications group, after managing its R&D activities for several years. Moshe Panijel

Moshe Panijel has served as CEO of Transway since 2006. As CEO, Moshe has made the company profitable. In addition to leading the company to profitability, Moshe has been key in the new directions in product development, including the new touch screen interface on the new Ticket Issuing Machines and the decision to move the development platform to Android. Transway develops, manufactures and assembles hardware for automated ticketing solutions.
